At VitaDrive, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
